The Dream Team started in 2019. It began when a group of online friends came together to help people. Founded by Shambhavi S., this non-profit was created to give advice and support to anyone struggling with personal problems or relationship pain. After Shambhavi passed away, Dream Vaibhav and Dream Suhani took over to keep the mission alive. However, 2020 brought a very hard phase. A personal incident deeply affected Dream Vaibhav, and the team almost ended. Many members left, but Vaibhav and Suhani stayed brave and kept the spirit of the team going. but after some Vaibhav Faced lots of Personal issue and Health issue so he given full access to there sister Suhani. From 2021, Suhani took full responsibility for managing our blog, " Dil Ki Baat " Currently Known As " Dream Team ERA " She gave clear instructions and special guidelines on how everything should be run. she made rule book , guideline and Role responsibility for every Person who involved in this blog directly or indirectly. Unfortunately in 2025 Oct 07 Suhani passed away due do Pancreatic Cancer. After Suhani passed away, now again we facing same issue which occurred in 2021 when Vaibhav leaved . but we and Suhani close circle of friends stepped up to carry her work forward. Today, this blog is managed by Suhani’s team. They are a group of her loyal friends who do this work entirely for free. Even though every member is highly skilled in their own field, they take 0 income and no salary. They do this purely out of respect for the deep friendship between Suhani and Vaibhav. While only 10 to 12 dedicated members remain, we continue to spread hope and healing. We do not do paid work; we do this for the soul. hope upcoming journey is Good For all . Show Must Go On...πŸ’š
